Stop Fuel and Chemical Leaks at the Source

Outperforms traditional plug, patch and putty kits

How RuptureSeal® Works

RuptureSeal® uses a patented mechanical compression-locking seal to control active pressurized leaks in under 20 seconds.

First responders, hazmat teams, equipment operators and safety professionals use RuptureSeal® for high-risk fuel and chemical leak control, including:

  • Truck saddle tank ruptures and fuel line leaks
  • Forklift punctures and hydraulic fluid leaks
  • Water, fuel, and chemical line bursts
  • Chemical drum failures and IBC tote punctures
  • Food-grade leaks and product transfer losses
  • Oil pipeline leaks and hazardous releases
  • Marine vessel breaches and fluid spills

In Extreme Temperatures

Rated for 50°C to -50°C, it's reliable in cold weather, offshore, and high-heat environments where rapid spill response is critical.

Compared to Traditional Methods

Engineered to temporarily seal leaks on uneven, splintered, dirty, and oily drums, tanks, totes, and pipes.

Faster and more reliable than plug and patch kits, putty, hazmat foam, and heavy magnetic patches in real-world field conditions.

Universally compatible across material surfaces—single-use design eliminates cross-contamination risk.

Non-leaching material prevents transfer into fluids—preserving product integrity and operational continuity.

Maintains a seal against active pressure—up to 20 PSI—for hours in field conditions.

Clean, non-destructive, and non-sparking design—resists vibration with no risk of splintering or chipping.

Compatible with 40,000+ chemicals and fuels.

Safety Matters

When reducing exposure and stabilizing hazardous spill incidents is priority in the field, RuptureSeal® is the reliable, tool-free, low-training solution built for incident response.

Efficiency matters

Once a spill is secured, cut away and dispose of safely. Urethanes and putties require chiseling, while magnetic patches need decontamination, inspection, and specialized tools.

Simple 3-Step Field Deployment

Supports varying language, reading, and technical skill levels.

1

Step 1

With appropriate PPE, approach the release safely from the side. Outside the direct flow path, position the pin so it is parallel with the nylon tie.

Step 2

Insert the pin into the rupture. Release and drive the plug into the hole, holding it in place to stop the flow.
