We received a call from operator of small school bus. The bus had been taken for fuel because the tank was almost empty. The attendant started filling tank and noticed fuel coming from underneath the bus.
Checking he discovered a hole had been drilled in the tank. This is fairly common around here due to homeless stealing fuel from vehicles.
The attendant put several small buckets under hole and collected about 3 gallons of fuel.
The vehicle was also parked close to a catch basin.
When our company arrived we saw the leak and got a one inch rupture seal. We applied the seal, tightened it up and the leak stopped with out a drip. The vehicle was then towed for repair
